Works well. So easy my six year old can use it. No gripes with the player, but it seems the channel providers aren't offering as much as they could. Would like to see more mainstream series and movies. Roku could leave them all in the dust if they added the ability to pull web videos. As it is now, you can't give it a URL and go. Netflix is the class of the whole bunch of providers. Hulu looks promising, but it's still another subscription to pay for. Would like to see a kids zone like I get with Netflix on a PS3.

I bought this for my wife for Valentines Day. At first she was blah, blah so what. Then she started using it and LOVES it and rarely watches regular tv now.

This is my second unit which I connected to my TV up stairs that I do not use very often. I was very happy with my first unit and use it almost every day on the family room TV. My dissatisfaction is with the new unit that I do not use very often, it seems to have a over heat problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our main t.v. (a samsung) is an internet t.v. but I needed something for t.v. in computer room, so that I can continue watching my Netflix or Hulu show if I need to get something done on computer. The Roku is great, and as an added bonus, also gives me PBS (not on my Samsung t.v.). Just wish there was a way to send that to the main t.v. also, without moving the Roku.

Great product but the remote sucks. I had to download apps for my phone and ipad in order to control it.
