It is not very user friendly and does not pick up WIFI very well. We even replaced our router and it still won't pick up. Everything you try to watch from Amazon to Netflix freezes so bad that you can't watch anything. I have an Apple TV not even a foot away and never have any problems with it. I would think it had something to do with our internet but since the Apple TV works so well it can't be the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My kids love it. The addition of YouTube and some of the DIRECTV channels is a plus. Keep adding them channels.

Reliable Roku

Have had my Roku for several months and find it so very easy to use. Also, with my Amazon Prime, there are many quality programs that are included. Especially great, is the ability to plug headphones into the remote control so I can watch programs and enjoy loud volume without bothering anyone else.

I am very happy with the Roku. I also love the earbuds that I can use so I don't bother anyone. Would recommend everyone get one.
