The Remote Has Never Worked.

Roku content is great but the remote that came with it has never worked properly. I looked online and saw that many people have had this issue. The way around it is to download the remote features onto your phone. This works well. But, one should not have to do this. For this reason I cannot give Roku a good rating.

I love my roku!

I got this as a present and I love it! My only issues with it are that 1) if you lose the remote, you're screwed. I wish there was some kind of button you could push on the device to help locate a misplaced remote. My only other complaint is that the channels can get confusing as to if you have them, if they're pay per use or free. I don't like the volume of emails I get from all the channels that I have, especially MGO.
I primarily use this for HBOGo, Netflix and Amazon prime and I do like that there is a search feature so that if you are looking for a movie, you can see if you can get it free before renting from one of the channels

When the box left idle, it presents no sound, it has to be shut off and restart again. It becomes somewhat an inconvenience

I have had the Roku 2 for a few months now and enjoy it. I works much better than the USB stick competition as I could try them in the same TV and with the same conditions. The draw back I have found is that the controller batteries run down quite fast if left in the controller. The earphone connection on the controller is great for private listening.

i give a 4/5 because of the fact theres no on/off on it and has to be unplugged. not even 1 on the remote. and i bought this before the hdmi stick came out.

We have had our ROKU 2 for 1yr . , and I havent watched regular TV since , and my husband is really into it . But he thinks maybe some Deer hunting movies would make it a little better . ( please ) . All in all its GREAT !

My boyfriend bought a Roku 3 and we love it. I bought myself a Roku after using my boyfriends for a couple months. I love Roku!

I've had my Roku 2 for almost a year now and it's one of the best purchases I have ever made! I have saved so much money by just using wireless TV instead of cable and there are so many channels I never run out of things to watch! I love my Roku and recommend it to everyone looking to save money!
