Got rid of pay tv, and purchased two, one for each daughter. they both love it, especoally the built in headphone jack. Now they don't have to constantly yell at each other, to turn their volume down

Cancel Cable Works great with old fashioned TVs.

I had an old standard definition TV and this worked just great. It is now plugged into an HDTV and works just great. I don't notice a difference between that and my Roku 3. But then again, I don't play games.

I purchased this to add to my fleet of Roku boxes. It currently is in my master bedroom. It brings my total up to 5 Rokus. I am a cord cutter and subscribe to Netflix and Amazon Prime. These fill our TV needs completely. There is not a time when we cannot find something to watch.
The Roku is simple to setup and will connect to any TV with minimal effort. I recommend them to everyone in my family and I know that several have purchased them. I even carry one with me on vacation to plug in and run off my phone hotspot.
The best streaming box on the market with the most features and content!

Late night movies no longer bother spouse with sound. Plug our Bose ear buds in and enjoy great sound. Actually better sound through them than the TV. The speed of the 2 is bit better than the XD Roku We own also.

A friend sent Roku 2 as a gift and I couldn't be more pleased.. It was so easy to install and use. My first purchase was ACORN and it has provided me with many hours of great entertainment. Couldn't have enjoyed it without my Roku 2.
