LOVE MY ROKU

Reasons why I love my ROKU
1. EASY SET UP - if I can do it so can you!
2. SAVES MONEY - it shaves money off from my NETFLIX account
3. Allows me to catch up on my AMAZON PRIME movies and tv programs
4. LOVE THAT ROKU REMOTE with EAR PLUG option. My boyfriend can watch ROKU without disturbing my sleep.
The reason why I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars - I took a point off because of the SEARCH OPTION on the device. I bit time consuming!

Worth the money

Lots of options for viewing entertainment for such a low price. Very reliable. More reliable than both a Samsung Blu-ray player and a Sony Blu-ray player that we purchased previously for viewing Netflix. Returned both of those and purchased the Roku 2. Best decision.

Love you the unit, hate the apps

I have had my Roku 2 for about 5 months now and I love the unit itself. Its a very smart design! The issues I have with is are with the apps or software. They are terribly designed!!! The user interface in all the apps I've used are terrible! Netflix and Amazon Prime are the 2 I mostly use and they are clunky and very difficult to navigate. Roku needs to put some time into getting the apps up to matching the hardware.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this for a while and have been using regularly. I really enjoy the variety of selections, especially the British The only problem I have had is that the he will stop periodically and give a message that if we wait a few minutes it will play again. It's a nuisance, but does come back to life.

Sooo many sjows to watch

I am still finding new things to watch and I've had this for 4 months. It took a few days to get use to the change from the BIG cable companies but the money I'm saving and all the channels I'm getting was well worth it. One somewhat problem I am having is that the unit get's pretty hot - but I have my tv on all day.

I love my roku I got one for my mother then I got another for myself. It's so easy to use and we both get a lot of use out of them. my mother uses her's every night to watch her favorite shows. She loves it.

we love our roku and have no problems. the only thing we would change is the ability to switch Netflix profiles to be added.
