I bought my Roku a while back and it worked good for awhile and then froze up. I called the company and they replaced it right way, excellent service. The Roku worked great and the reception is excellent.

We have been using this for at least a month with absolutely no problems with the Roku unit itself. However, people should be aware that many of the channels only have "clips" of the shows and not the shows themselves.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros: Great - we use it daily. (2 purchased)
Cons: I think the unit runs a bit warm. Improve the heat sink? No problems encountered in the last year. I'd recommend it.
