maybe great but deaf friendly

The product is good. It just what are provided that I can get are not deaf friendly! none of them are closed caption.

Better than expected

I bought the ROKU 2 before the Streaming Stick was available. After a few minutes of easy install, I got access to streaming video as well as other providers. PANDORA! Yes, it asks for a credit card to complete install, but I've never been charged for use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missed Opportunity

The ROKU 2XS could be great, if only it would stop spontaneous rebooting. Thought it was heat related, but cooling did not help. Thought it was too many apps - but deleting down to just a few did not help. Also own a ROKU 3 and a Chromecast - neither of them have an issue

The Roku is so much easier to use than my previous piece of equipment. I can get a lot more variety and can easily access current movies. It was easy to install, just had to follow the on-screen instructions.

NOT a replacement for cable or satellite

I bought this to make an older tv a "smart" tv. When i replace my current television I will simply purchase a smart tv or a wi-fi capable blu ray player and get rid of the roku 2. Keep your cable subscription!!

Great for my Home Office

I have had My Roku for quite some time and it is a great way of watching TV in mt home office when ther is no hookup for cable in the room Love it 1 thing I wish would happen is that Direct TV was availiable on the programming.

Love love our Roku. It's so easy to use, the remote is great size with easy to see buttons. Love that head phones can be plugged into remote, as my spouse works different shift then me.
