Great when working.

Had ROKU 3 days, stopped functioning, lost wireless connectivity. Called support number which guided me through re-connection. OK currently. ROKU should provide basic cost info on its Home page about channels, which is not easily available prior to or even after signing up with a channel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For various reasons, I had not used my Roku 2 in the last couple of years. Due to a move, I needed to buy a new remote control. Without boring you with details, Roku.tech support helped with every aspect of getting the Roku 2 back up, updated and my new remote working. There was quite a long telephone queue to finally get the tech via chat. But it was worth the wait.

If only battery life was little better!

Feature-wise: awesome! No complaints, whatsoever. But the battery with the headphone remote requires a lot to be improved. The batteries only last 3-4 days if you use the headphone.

A bit frustrated!

If you would have asked me about 1.5 months ago I'd have raved about my Roku2! Very handy, works awesome, I loved it. Not anymore though! BUYER BEWARE! My Roku2 isn't even a year old yet and it's on the fritz. Wont play anything for longer than about an hour before it completely shuts down & reboots itself! I can't bring myself to purchase another one since they only come with a 30 day guarantee. So I'm in the market (again) for something that comes with more of a guarantee!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE NO commercials!

My son bought this for me on Christmas 2012 and I totally love it! It is pretty easy to use although I don't know about the set up part as my son hooked it up. I have had to do a lot of resting in the last year and this Roku sure helps me stay sane while sitting on my butt.

I purchased my Roku 2 XS about 1.5 years ago and it's worked flawlessly ever since. The service and available content seems to get better and better every month. I LOVE MY ROKU!
