It was exactly what I needed. Works perfectly. I would suggest it to anybody with WiFi who wants to watch movies on regular TV. Granted u might need a Netflix account but still better than watching on an iPad or laptop

The download times aren't that great. But that was when I was using CLEAR. I've gotten Verizon Fios since, and its improved. There are alot of commercials though

We have a Vizio "smart" TV and were limited to what we could watch from the internet. Getting this box gave us a ton of channel options. Huge benefit is that the picture quality improved drastically--especially on Netflix. We did use an HDMI cable, though.
I am not really one to write a review but overall, we could not be happier with this product. Keep in mind that if you take the box like we did on a camping trip, also take the remote. Lol
I would recommend this to a friend!

Turned my basic cable into a godsend. Kitchen time is for Netflix or amazon instant video. Increase your tv watching experience. I would get one for every room

I've had the Roku 2 for over 8 months and am pleased. I use it at home and when traveling in our 5th wheel trailer. At home it allows me to interface an older flat screen television to the internet. While traveling I can stream movies using the parks wifi.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not only did I buy the ROKU 2, but I was so impressed I bought another ROKU stream USB for my HDTV. Reception is fast and it's so easy to use. I love ROKU!
