It's good but has flaws

I like the system but find that it over heats and can shut itself off without notice. This leaves me with no tv to watch for at least we min before I can reboot it and start again.
Channels are interesting in theory but the content isn't what I would want. The cbs app for example doesn't allow you to watch full episode of tv shows only 10 sec clips

Great Interface But Mine has some Problems.

I first had the Neo TV then bought the Roku 2. I really loved it and it was superior in quality to the Neo TV. However, after a few months the unit began to run hot and the audio would cut out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Roku player is the greatest little gadget. It may be small but it's big on greatness. I am extremely happy I purchased it and you will be, too.

Great way to save money vs cable prices

Purchasing internet at a speed fast enough to stream movies costs less than half as much as cable TV. Roku is a one time investment well worth the price. I love being able to watch a movie on my schedule and saving money at the same time!

the Roku is the best streaming device ever; small and compact, yet works wonderfully. I can use it for any streaming site available, and I am amazed at how many streaming options I have for the device - way more than I expected. Many are free, which is even better! A great product!

I bought my Roku 2 about four months ago and have found it easy to operate and a good access to quality programming. The only problem I have on occasion that the menu gets out of synch. The description of programs is off by about one row, and when that happens the subtitles will appear up the left-middle of the screen. When this happens I go back to the main menu and punch up the selection menu again and things are back where they belong.
I like the earphone connection. It means I can play music on Pandora and work or sit around the house with the remote in my pocket.
All-in-all, a good product.
