The pans scratch extremely easily and the outside color changes to a lighter gray even when hand washed. Disappointed in this purchase, especially due to the price.

Great quality at a reasonable price. This set is lighter than my last, but that's a good thing. My Emeril set was ungainly and too heavy when it came to the larger pots. This set, there's no problem when draining from the larger pots. The non-stick is as advertised. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I am extremely happy with my purchase! They are esthetically pleasing, and a fantastic value got the price. My food cooks evenly, and clean up is easy, unlike other “nonstick” brands. I am disappointed in the pans. The outside of them scratched just from washing them. Never would I recommend them. An I gave out 2 sets to friends.

I had my pots for a week and had a major accident. I was boiling lemonade and forgot it was on. Well it boiled completely out and started to actually crystalize on the pot. I must say I thought it was a lost pot but not only did it come off with minimum effort on the inside. The outside cleaned up pretty good too. The pictures will speak for themselves.

A great set of pans for someone who is more than just your average cook. Great heat distribution and great non stick make these a great set! Not as heavy as the professional pans I'm used to but they are great for someone with authritis or hand issues that needs something a little lighter. The measurements on the inside of the pans is a fancy idea for making things easy. And don't be worried about not getting a good sear they sear phenomenal! So overall review if you can't afford or don't want to spend 600+$ this is the set of pan's you want!!!
