This an excellent "cooking" set, not just another pretty pan set to display on a rack.
After upgrading all the appliances in my home I bought this set to complement my new gas stove and it's high output capabilities.
I am still absolutely amazed at the precision that I can cook with now and no stick issues.
Clean up doesn't get any easier.
The handles have a good control angle and are secured by rivets so they will never come loose no matter how many times I shake, shuffle and toss.
All the lids fit well and remain transparent for good visual during use.
I really enjoy cooking again....Thanks Cuisinart

I've had this pot and pan set for a couple of months. I absolutely love this set. It's truly non- stick and easy to clean. My fiance accidentally burned something in one of the pans and i thought for sure it was ruined. But I washed it and the black char came right off. The pot and pan handles do not get hot. They are heat resistant and I love that I don't have to use mittens to grab ther handles. I gave this set 4 stars because the outside of the set loses its color and becomes more rustic looking. Not appealing to me.

Holds temperature well however, they chipped the first and second time we used them. We store them with microfiber clothes in between them when they are stacked.
