I expected the quality to be better. The pots and pans were of a thinner gauge than I expected, but will keep them rather than go throught the hassle of reboxing, and returning.

In my 50 years of cooking for my husband, this is the best cookware that I have ever owned! The sizes of the skillets & pots are perfect for everyday use & for special meals. I especially love the deep Dutch oven for homemade soup. The large skillet is perfect for frying & cooking sauces. Even though I usually use plastic utensils, it’s nice not to have to worry about scratching the surface if I grab a metal spoon or fork to stir.

I received this as a gift, upon opening it two pans were chipped, but not on cooking part of the pan. I was a little disappointed but thought it would be ok because they offer a great warranty. My first time cooking I love the non stick feature- I was nervous to cook eggs without cooking spray but they slid right off. No matter what you cook on them, even if you clean the next day it takes about 5 seconds because everything cleanly washes off. This is the best product I’ve had yet for food not sticking and easy clean up! I would’ve given five stars if the two pans weren’t chipped.

After just one use using a plastic spatula/turner, the non-stick surface on the 10” pan now has scratch marks.

Where do I start?...The handles get too hot, the lids do not fit properly because they are not tight and slip and slide all around. I cannot tilt the lid on any of the pots or pans to allow steam or heat to escape as the lid just slides back and bounces all around. AND the outside coating is already wearing off and I've had them only a couple of months. Really very disappointed in the set and will not buy Cuisinart again. Very poor quality that I am stuck with.
