It's a beautiful set. I use only wooden spoons and was a little disappointed that there are (slight) scratch marks. I really didn't expect that. Nonetheless, I like the set. They clean easy.

I'm extremely happy with this purchase. Easy to clean and lightweight which is great if you have weak wrists like me. I did need to purchase a 5 quart Dutch Over separately to complete the set. I highly recommend the Cuisinart Chef 14 piece set.

My test are the fry pans. These are great. Retain even heat, no need for super hi temps and I can put them under the broiler for quick browning. All pots are great to use, not too heavy and truly non-stick!
