just recently auto dispence will not funtion properly, will not reset even though its refilled completely. other than that trouble free; house of 5, 2 boys and teen girl, also 2 dogs and rabbit, lol. Still running strong. matching dryer no problems ever.

Washes well... when it works

This washer was already in place when I bought my home. It washes well but does take a long time to do so. They biggest problem I have is that 75% of the time, it stops washing 3 minutes into a cycle, and the Start button begins flashing. Once I push it again, the cycle will continue, but if I forget to check, it can sit in this idle phase for a long time (usually an hour until I check and see that it is in this state)! This is very problematic. Any ideas how to fix?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washes comforters with no problems. Saves water and washes large loads. Washer initially spins clothes to determine how much water and detergent to dispense. Automatically determines cycle for many specialty items to help reduce shrinking.

I bought it 2.5 years ago. It was a happy starting with family of four. However, it is leaking from the front door this week.

Been using this washer for about a year now in a 3 person home with moderate overall 'dirty clothes' level. Washer has done its job. Only gripe is that the wash times are pretty long, but I guess that is the norm for front loaders. There is a 30 minute speedwash option which is good in a pinch.
