I bought this pan with the non-stick surface, and my expectation was that the pan would cook eggs without any remains of the eggs sticking to the pan. I was very surprised that the residue of the eggs not only stuck to the surface, and very hard to remove, even after rubbing in hot soapy water I had to continue to scrub with the sponge until the residue was gone. Not a worthy pan, to be called Non-Stick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pan is only used to cook eggs. I never break a yolk when I flip it. Great non stick surface. Cooks evenly.
