Terrible Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 3 months after the purchase I noticed the temperature in refrigerator section
was 65 -70 regardless of settings. I requested warranty service and the unit was repaired.
After another 2 months I noticed freezer temperature to be -21 F. I tried to reset but the unit
would ignore settings and keep freezer at -21. I decided t defrost in case there is any ice build up.
I pulled the power plug out and left it sit powerless over knight. It spilled a lot of water on
my wooden floor damaging considerably.
After defrosting, the freezer temperature is still -21 F regardless of settings.
Another repair service visit has already been scheduled.

Design, storage, and appearance are everything we had hoped for. Never owned a Kitchenaid or French door style until now. Love the quality, and it is all that it was advertised to be. The glass shelves, cold water inside, and wonderful pull out drawers in the freezer are definite upgrades to what I replaced. Also this was one of the few refrigerators that fit the space between a wall and a stone tile counter. I'm very pleased with the product.

not having to bend over to reach inside.The freezer on the bottom is the best.
