Refrigerator great but icemaker is a lemon

I purchased this refrigerator on February 17. From the start the icemaker didn't seem to be functioning correctly. Ice ended up on the floor of the freezer most of the time. On April 23 the icemaker completely stopped working. The technician who replaced it today said this was the second one he had seen purchased recently that had a faulty icemaker. I love the design and all of the other features, but please Kitchenaid, find better icemakers for your customers.

I bought this refrigerator 1 month ago and I am very happy with it. It works perfectly and very quietly with no problems.There is alot of room inside and all the shelves can be moved around to your own preference. It is great to have filtered water at all times. The ice machine is wonderful with no leakage or ice problems. The lighting inside the refrigerator and freezer is excellent. I feel that I made a very good choice.
