It is quiet, well lit inside, plenty of room with adjustable shelves, makes ice quickly. I particularly like the quick cool down feature when you add groceries or cooked items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator to replace a 20+ year old one, so some features are absolutely an improvement. I like having the water dispenser inside the refrigerator. I find it not messy at all, as some of the exterior ones can be, and I do not find the positioning inconvenient as some reviewers complained about. Our ice maker is also working fine so far. I do notice that the vegetable bins keep my food fresher longer than my old fridge (and nothing freezes in the back, hooray!).
I have not decided if I like the french door style. I do find it annoying to have to open two doors instead of one. The space for storage of items on the door is also much less than the single door style. I don't know if I'm just not used to it, so I'll have to decide over time, but it is definitely something to consider before purchasing this style of refrigerator. I also do not like the constant cleaning of the stainless steel (fingerprints, etc. especially around the handle area).
The biggest negative overall is that the storage space is just less overall than my old refrigerator. We never had ice or water dispensers before, so I know I am losing a lot of space there, but things just don't seem to fit as well.
We have had this refrigerator for a few months now, and overall, I am satisfied. I received what was advertised, and felt the price was reasonable. It is nice looking and so far, reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for two weeks. Everything is as advertised. Ice maker works great. Water dispensed is nice and cold. Access to ice and water is not as convenient as our previous "in the door" model, but those are options we didn't pay for with this refrigerator. All things considered, this should be the last refrigerator I buy.

We love having the ice maker inside of the bottom freezer so it does not shoot out all over the floor. The water filter inside is a plus for that reason also.
I like having the freezer on the bottom and I love the French doors and it's a KitchenAid so what else needs to be said! (-:

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am most impressed by its good looks: sleek but understated. Easy to use, good solid door seals despite the French Door design. Bottom freezer makes SO much sense - no need to bend down to look in refrigerator. And the freezer drawer slides out effortlessly. Love it.
Pros: Convenient Features, Design, freezer drawer slides out very smoothly, main shelves and door shelves very easy to adjust
Cons: the water dispenser mechanism takes up some space
