It runs quietly and the ice maker is excellent. The inside water dispenser is an added bonus and I haven't had any trouble with leaks.

I knew that I wanted a Stainless Steel, French Door with freezer on the bottom. While researching best price, ratings, etc. I came across the Kitchenaid brand. It was more expensive than the GE that we were looking at, but because Kitchenaid was made in America, it sealed the deal. Thank you for supporting our country and keeping jobs in the USA and Thank You for making such a wonderful product. I will be purchasing all Kitchenaid products in the future because they are made in America.

The only complaint I have is that the 2 pull out drawers in the refrigerator part are very stiff and hard to close. I hope they loosen up after some use.

Will see where I get with customer service. The dealer I bought it from said it was because I live in Florida. Sorry not so I'm sure another brand would challenge this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mine's new, just a few weeks old now. So far I love everything about it but the icemaker. I find that the placement of the icemaker on this model to be very inconveniently located. I have to open the bottom freezer section then pull out the drawer and reach backward to retrieve ice. I bought this name brand because of the warranty and sure hope that's not going to be needed.
