I love the French doors because you don't need to open a big door to let the heat in when transferring a small item. Having the freezer on the bottom is better for a number of reasons. One is you seldom open the freezer compared to the fridge. Making it easier to reach everything in the upper compartment. Very handy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One Word Wonderful -The best buy I have ever made, the top has more room than I had thought possible. My produce stays fresh longer in the humidity controlled shelves. Love the freezer on the bottom with the ice maker there I still have lots of rooms for meats, frozen dinners, ice cream apples, bean, peaches, any produce from the garden. Also it has water on the inside beside the door so I don't have to buy bottle water any more I'm thankful for that.
