Cons: poorly designed freezer baskets.

Kitchenaid needs to find a better product to protect stainless steel finish. When plastic is removed from door edges, the impression remains.

Moving shelves help to locate and retrieve items. Water feature does not comprise the clean look of the exterior. Alarm feature helps save energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the hosing was not attached right at the factory so we had water on our floor every 2-3 days. seems like the condenser is running all the time. previously had the single door bottom freezer and the door actually had more room which is important in a 22 cu ft but could only get the bottom freezer stainless in the double door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It refrigerates, but it leaves a ton to be desired. The drawers stick and don't slide open and shut easily. You have to force them in. The water filter works, but when you draw water from it, it makes a bunch of weird noises. I would say it wasn't built/designed very well at all. The freezer door slides like a piece of sandpaper on top of more sandpaper. It's frustrating and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
