[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit worked well, but 2 years after purchasing...there started a leak in the freezer..water accumulated in the bottom...checked online (since it was very difficult to contact someone from Kitchenaid)....it appears it is a common problem....looked up a Technical service pointer W10632338A and problem is covered up to 2 years ..mine is 2 years and couple months...not happy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my new frig except for one problem. A thin layer of ice was accumulating on top of the freezer door just beneath where the 2 upper doors meet. A technician came to look at it and said that most tri doors have this problem caused by hot air when the drawer is open causing condensate to form the thin sheet of ice. He checked all the seals, etc. and turned off the energy saving control and I have not seen any ice since then. I did an extensive search of all reviews on all different makes of the tri door and never saw anything about this problem in any review. Other than this, I am very please with the frig.

Cons: called a technician to look at the freezer drawer.
