Overall, very nice product, with a few extras (pull out drawer and shelves) which provide some flexibility and ease of use.

The shelves in the refrigerator have great space for lots of sizes of food products, the drawers are handy for keeping produce separate, and the cold cut drawer is handy too. Easy to find everything you need!!
Having the freezer on the bottom has been an adjustment, but we don't go in there as much as the refrigerator, so we like it.
Right now we have nine in the house and the freezer doesn't hold as much as we need. Our household will be downsizing, and the smaller size will be nice for our kitchen with just a couple people. Perfect!
