[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to find a refrigerator that would fit my existing space and this one did - most french doors are too tall or wide. It is very attractive and easy to use. I like the pull out drawer that has a cover that raises - it is nice for lunch meats, cheese, etc. There are just three things I don't like (or I would have rated it excellent) One is that the ice maker cannot be shut off by a switch - only if there is enough ice inside to raise the shut off bar. Also - there is a dividing rack in the freezer which I do not think is removable and this will not allow larger items to be placed in the freezer - like a frozen pizza. Also one of the drawers doesn't close very well because there is water tubing behind it.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, sized for a smaller area
Cons: no shut off switch for ice maker
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The two level freezer drawer is hard to manage food items. Also you have to open both doors to open the deli drawer and there's not enough door shelf flexibility. You also have to push the left door shut after use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this along with 4 other Kitchenaid appliances. The crisper drawers a cheap & flimsy. Not on rollers. I didn't notice that when I purchased it. So the drawers are very difficult to close. Tech did put some food grade lubricant on them, which helped. He indicated that the factory "forgot" to put it on. Second is water filter. It slows down the ice making process greatly. The first tech that came out knew zero about what was causing the problem. The second tech said "remove the filter because you already have a reverse osmosis"...... It only makes 9 ice cubes per hour........ FYI... the tech told us this. The drawer for lunchmeats is a hoot. Slides easily, very accessible. No place to put soda, like my old Amana.
