[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my wife and I were hunting for a fridge, we wanted one without an external water dispenser because we rarely would use it (we have a filtered pitcher we like to use) and it would otherwise collect dust and scale. When we came across this one, it had everything we wanted and for the right price. The shelving is more than adequate for a family of four (we have a one and two year old) and can easily hold 2 gallons of milk, all our condiments and 2 juice or soda bottles (the 2 liter ones). The pull out freezer holds more than we expected it would....and we have yet to cram it to the point where we can't hold more (going on 6 months of use). The temperature stays very stable even after repeated opening and loading groceries. The veggie crispers work very well and the large pull out tray is very convenient either for holding platters or thawing frozen meats for 1-2 days use. Cleaning has been almost unnecessary except when something spills and even then it is very easy to wipe up...nothing has dripped down or off of it's shelf...yet (not that I'd expect it to). The electricity consumption rating is accurate if not a little overkill...we left it at factory setting (38 fridge, 30 freezer) and this has been very adequate. Ice cubes form within an hour or two. We have not used the water hook up feature or the ice dispenser but as a fridge/freezer...this was everything I wanted and more. Plus, the stainless steel looks awesome.

There is ample well-arranged space that allows easy view and access to the contents, the temperature displays are very helpful, and the interior water dispenser adds convenience while keeping the exterior sleek. However, there was a bolt that wasn't completely installed at the factory that caused damage to my kitchen floor.

Cons: bolt damaged kitchen floor, left upper door doesn't close easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new KitchenAid Refrigerator. The only negative I have is that stainless steal show every fingerprint that comes near. This becomes challenging in a house with children. Other than that, it is well organized, spacious, and beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking. Shelves to low can not adjust to fit tall things like Milk juice and other things. If you adjust them to fit a tall thing it makes things on lower and upper to low Shelves. Ice tray hard to access.
