[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, this one of the worst Refrigerators I have ever come across. From the outside with all the bells and whistles you would think this appliance would be awesome. The ice maker has been replaced 3 times and now needs to be replaced again. Now the fan motor has gone out and the leaking also has occurred had to get the kitchen floors replaced. The leaking valve also needs to be replaced again. Why they haven't done a total recall on this machine I have no idea. For something this expensive you should and would expect better. Stay far away from the Kitchen Aid brand that has any type of fancy displays to it. Maybe they should just stick to a basic refrigerator because they obviously didn't know what they were doing when this was built.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a defect in the drain hole so the whole freezer bottom fills with a thick sheet of ice, then leaks all over the floor. Took me some time to understand what was going on, so now have cabinets that are rotted in between the 2 that we bought, along with floor issues that now need to get fixed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer developed a water leak on the front. The freezer had also a sheet of ice inside the bottom. I opened the front freezer evaporator cover and found the condensation tray full of ice and water. I had to open the bottom back panel of the refrigerator and found a rubber piece on the bottom of the freezer tray that was plugged. This rubber piece has a flat slot to allow the water to drain, but in my case it had sofetened and glued shut. I put silicon lubricant and put the piece back. I would say this is a faulty design issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is unreliable and extremely expensive to maintain. Within 8 months we replaced multiple parts including the ice dispenser only to have everything stop working again less than 8 months later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is the perfect fit for my kitchen. Plenty of storage for my food and a nice wide deli drawer at the bottom, something rarely seen on a 33" wide model. All of the features that a French door refrigerator has with out all of the unnecessary bells and whistles. Plus, it's not an annoying French door fridge. Add the automatic ice maker and you have a fridge that's top of the line.
