[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has been going since 2011 and it is just fine, We had to get the LG repairman out to repair the valves that were leaking but that is it. That only took one afternoon and has been fine since. We have an LG Microwave, Range, Dishwasher, and TV. I will not buy anything else.

I really like this washer, it does exactly what I want, when I want. It is very easy to understand how to do different washes, water settings and spinning speed.

Great customer service. Washer delivered with a very warped side panel from over torqued frame attachments. Gave me a very good discount back to CC. They have changed timing of wash cycles with new Turbo Wash, so washes are faster and detergent use is far lower for this H-e machine. The high speed spin is way faster than my old 13 year old LG this new machine is replacing consequently the dryer is used significantly less because the high speed spin cycle almost dries the clothes. So far I am quite impressed as an early adopter of LG in the USA. So ar, so good. BTW the ThinQ app is an informative tool for maintaining the Washer among other features.
