This is the best washer ever

I have had my washer over a year and it has provided great cleaning of my clothes and the peformance and quietness is great.

LOVE MY NEW WASHER!!!

Previous washer was a Whirlpool Duet that gave out after 7 years. The LG was my choice as the replacement. WOW!!! The washer takes up less room in my laundry closet, is easy to use and incredibly quiet.

Really pleased with our purchase of this front loading washer. Appears to be very water and power efficient, which is one of the features we valued when choosing our new washer. Only complaints is that the drain line on the lint filter does not empty out all the water prior to removing and cleaning it; the instruction manual covers several different models so it can be confusing as to the machine it is referring to. Otherwise, happy consumers!

I was hesitant to buy a front loading washer after hearing and reading complaints - especially about the odor problems and the clothes not getting clean. I am very happy to say that I haven't had any of those problems. This washer is easy to use and does a great job cleaning my laundry with a lot less water. I am careful not to use too much detergent, and I have been following the directions for cleaning out the washer when I'm finished with laundry for the day. The washer is very quiet when compared to my old traditional washer. I am very happy with this purchase.

I'm so sad to have to report my dislike of this product. It takes so much time to take care of this product. When using the hose at the bottom of washer, it seems that so much water come out and overflows into the "catch-all" drain. This requires a towel when draining the water as required in manual. Also the writing on the optional settings is hard to read. Not a satified customer. Not what I was told by sales rep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
