Excellent Product

We've had the product a few weeks and we absolutely love it!!! We had a top loader forever and this is the best change we've made. We wanted a product that conserved water and our clothes are so clean. i wouldn't recommend anything else but a front loader and LG has it all figured out!!

All I can say is wow. This washer has just about every feature you could ever want, and my clothes come out so clean! Definitely cleaner that with my old machine. We've had front loaders for years, but the LG machines are more efficient, easier to use, quieter, and have many more features. I recommend spending the extra for the pedestals; loading and unloading is easier. I paired this washer with a matching LG steam dryer and couldn't be happier.

Have had for six months without problems. Saves money by letting you wash bigger loads. Intuitive interface, very easy to use right away. Would buy another. On thing to note though, if you're use to top load washers, a front loader is not as easy to add clothes to after the washer has started and also takes longer to wash. But the high capacity and lower energy costs more than make up for this. I like LG and will buy the matching dryer when needed.

We have had our LG washer since Febuary and couldn'd be happier. Our clothes have never looked better. The capacity is wonderful for large comforters.
It even plays a little tune to welcome you. All a person could ask for as far as cycles, water savings and it is fun to watch too. You will not be disappointed.

Love all of the programmable features, but the sanitary setting takes a VERY long time. It is very well balanced and you can barely even hear it spin out at its bajillion RPMs...makes drying very fast.

What an upgrade over those agitator type washers. It's almost hypnotic to watch how the laundry is gently rotated and washed and then spun almost dry. I'm saving up to get the matching dryer now!

After agonizing over getting another top loader, don't know why I did! This is a great washer. No more laundromat for my comforters, sleeping bags. Was worried about smell and wiping water from seals, but there's really not much. More cycles than you need and efficient on water usage. It even sings a nice "song" when load is done!!
