GREAT product

I had a top loader that washed faster (approx. 25 minutes) but my dryer (approx. 1 hour) could not keep up. Not they both take around 45 minutes.

Great washer, but door seal leaking after 18mo

We really like this washer and despite some professional reviews, it really gets our clothes clean with much less water use. The down side is the door is starting to leak some just 4 months out of warranty. We bought LG as it was supposed to be good quality, but maybe that is just on the motor. Anyway, not the end of the world, but we are disappointed given what we spent on this washer. Hopefully the leak does not get worse as it is a relatively small amount now.
Pros: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this washer a month ago and I am very pleased. It does a great job cleaning the clothes. It is very quiet and easy to use. This is a great machine!

AWESOME Machine

We have been using the washer for about a month now and have found that it does an amazing job of getting our clothes clean. The delay wash feature saves us time by having the laundry done when we get home from work.

Loads out of balance

My only problem with the machine is washing a queen size comforter, sleeping bag and pillows, separately of course. The machine gets unbalanced and stops working. You then have to open the door and shift the load. Otherwise I have been very pleased with the cleanliness of my clothes.

I have been married 42 years and we have had several brands of washers. This is not the first front loader but is certainly the best by far. The quality of this machine is second to none. It does a fantastic job of cleaning clothes. It is quiet and uses very little water. This is the first LG appliance we have owned and it will not be the last.

in love with my washer

I've never waxed poetic about an appliance before, but this is the best washer I've ever had in terms of how well it cleans and the well-conceived features. I also love the entertainment: it dances and plays music for me as it contemplates the weight of the load, as I determine the settings, and as it tells me the cycle is complete with a closing finale! I've used most of the different settings, but the Speed Wash cycle recently had the chance to impress me with its value. Love it!

Gave our old top loader with agitator away. It was a big one, but this holds way more. Everything comes out just as clean, and much drier, so less time in the dryer. It's quiet and fast. We can see the difference in our water bill! Get the pedastals; no more bending over.
