The convection oven is amazing, made stuffed noodles. Boiling water for the noodles was fast. Cooking the stuffed noodles at one temperature and garlic bread at a different setting. Not sure how we cooked before.

Rapid heat burners work well but difficult to maintain low simmer when needed even on the lowest setting.
Would be better if there were two timers considering there are two ovens and stovetop.
Stovetop challenging to keep clean (I have the black top).

UPPER OVEN, GREAT!!!!!

I bought this oven 2 or more years ago; just bought the GE Profile French Door frig, have bought GE stove, microwave, and dishwasher. I was registering the refrigerator, stumbled on this stove, and decided to give my two cents. The appliance is a beautiful,uncluttered sleek design. Being a senior with an empty nest, the upper oven is my frequent companion: heats rapidly, easy accessibility, energy cost efficient, yet performs all that the larger oven does, except sans the convection feature. Cons are the lower oven is too low, particularly when handling large heavy items for a senior, or individual with limited strength and agility; cannot use pizza stone on bottom floor of oven; power boil great, but simmer is almost non-existent on any of the burners; ceramic top requires diligent care; Le Creuset cookware not good for top of stove cooking, therefore invested in new top of the line stainless steel and diamond cookware. Looking for uncluttered design and a small oven with the option of family or large cooking -- this stove is it!!!!!!

Fantastic oven

The convection oven is amazing at evenly heating food. Better than any other I've had. Oven heats quickly, tells you the temperature as it's heating up, and is very visually appealing. Stove works well and heats quickly.
