Smooth as Silk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this paint to re-do a bed frame. Paint was smooth, easy to apply and super easy to clean up! Thick, rich color, covered better than expected with one coat! Made my redo project so easy and fast.

excellent coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my daughter moved out I was left with a bright, and I do mean BRIGHT orange room. I lightly sanded after patching a few nail holes, and wiped the walls down with mineral spirits. With just one coat I was able to cover the Orange with no bleed though. I was shocked! I was certain that multiple coats would be needed. This is good paint !

Baseboards Easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The paint department recommended the paint and primer in one by Behr when we went to buy paint for the baseboards we were going to touch up/repaint throughout our home. I wanted them bright white to contrast with the paint throughout and it came out exactly as i wanted. We also painted the bathroom - using Behr "surfboard yellow" Again, it came out with a beautiful look.

Pure white does not cover primer in 2 coats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wall and ceiling paint is fine. However, this grade of semigloss runs, sags and does not cover in 2 coats. I was painting over primer and over another older coat of white latex paint. I have been painting for 40+years and I varnish and paint in oil base paint so I am not a novice. I just bought another manufacturer's paint for 2+X the price of this finish and I am hoping that it paints well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In general paint colors cover in 1-2 coats. Drastic color changes and porous surfaces may require additional coats. Also, please keep in mind that it’s essential to follow the recommended spread rate to obtain proper coverage and hide. I’ve sent you a direct email with more details on how to fix this issue.

Remodeling home

Am remodeling my home and using Behr paint was one of the best choices I made. Am on my 3rd 5 gallon bucket and not only does it cover well it puts up a durable coating.
