Best paint I've used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a house and what was to be my daughter's room was previously a boys room who was rather fond of the Denver Broncos. This pain, colored a medium purple, covered the Bark blue and orange walls amazingly well in one coat. What else could I ask for?

I have used this for years..whenever we have a project Behr is the only paint I will buy. One coat coverage is very important to me and it lasts forever!

Just painting my entire house

I just painted the entire interior of the house we moved into with Behr Premium Plus Semi Gloss paints with colors ranging from ultra white all the way to black. The coverage was perfect. It's easy to clean the walls, and the colors are true to their chips. I have used Behr before and will insist on always using it...we have a paint store 7 miles from here but the store that carries Behr is 40 miles...yep! I drive the 40 miles to get the paint!

Great Product

I really like the Behr paints. This paint goes on well and cleans up easily. I went from a medium brown wall to a cottage white and it only took 2 coats. Other paints have taken 3 or more coats to cover this color (the entire interior was painted this brown color when we bought the house). This paint made painting go a lot easier and quicker.

Semi-gloss

Behr is very good paint. The recent problem I had was when I recently purchased what I thought was a quart (32 oz) I discovered it wasn't a full quart, but only 28 oz. I was barely able to finish my project with that amount of paint. I really didn't appreciate that issue.

This paint is the best there is on the market. It applied evenly, and without splattering. Clean-up was a breeze. Our room looks so fresh and inviting to all that have seen it. We have nothing but positive feedback about about the quality and appearance of the finished job. Nothing but Behr paints for our home!

Pretty Good, with Reservations

For the price, all in all I was happy with the semi gloss product. I used two different colors, a mustard/yellow in the kitchen on wallboard in part of the room and plaster in the other part of the room, and a peachy color on plaster walls in the dining room.
First, the kitchen: I did not prime first and was painting over a very light beige. The paint applied very nicely, but I thought the coverage over the light beige should have been better than it was, specifically on the wallboard. A second coat cured most of this problem, but there were still a few spots that needed an extra going over after a full second coat.
Second, the dining room: I did not prime first and was painting over the same off-white as the kitchen. The paint applied very nicely on the first coat, but I did decide to do a second coat for self assurance. I don't know if the paint adhered better because of the plaster walls, but I suspect this had something to do with the results.
In both instances, the colors were true and exactly what I had expected. The clean up was very easy, as long as you see to it right away.
I would recommend this to a friend!
