Finally a water based as good as oil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have exclusively used oil based semi gloss paint for trim for over 30 years. Yes the fumes of oil are awful. Yes the clean-up is ridiculously laborious. But until now, nothing water based came close to the look or durability of oil. This water based enamel does the trick! And no fumes plus EASY cleanup!

Love this for trim

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this semi-gloss in Pure White for all the interior trim in the house. I prime the trim, and I lay on 2 coats of this. It looks wonderful and it stays clean and bright. I also use this on the interior doors.
