This Epson XP-950 printer has been easy to get out it's box and so easy to install, a great feat in itself! Taking it through some test prints via it's special features including an iPhone, it became very clear that this printer does not mess around! Putting it through it's paces was a pleasure and the printing results really fabulous! The photo colours came our really well whether it was printed from a PC or iPhone, magical! I'm really looking forwards to having a great 'friendship' with this printer. Epson has won me over!

More features than expected

I was looking for an AirPrint, photo printer that would also do light duty for general printing. The XP950 comes with other features built in that certainly increase its usefulness. (CD printing, Photo scanning and enhancing etc)
whilst installation to Mac OS required a slightly clunky web-based download system, the printer and software are very good.
Networking and wireless setup, connectivity apps are top rate.
Print quality is very good.

Great for printing photo's

This is my first purchase of an Epson printer and I am very happy with the great quality of photo printing. Bought especially to print my photo's and the colour reproduction and clarity is everything I wanted.

Improved features than previous model

I have found the xp-950 a dream to use. It was supremely easy to set up and to connect to multiple devices. I love the feature of being able to send scan's to the cloud and being able to print from anywhere to a an email address. It is also so fast compared to my previous epson.

XP-950

It is good to have an all in one printer/scanner it saves a lot of space on your desk. The XP-950 prints A4 text very quick and very clear. I really bought this printer for CD/DVD and Photo printing and happy to find I can still edit and create my own CD/DVD labels from the PC. It prints the CD/DVDs a little slow but the quality of the printing is excellent. The XP-950 also prints excellent Photos with good contrast and natural colours. The scan feature is also very good and simple to use, I am very happy with this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the functionality but I wish it would include settings for and the weights of generic papers e.g. gsm etc. with the software.
I would have liked a extra cassette for transparencies but may see how I can modify the scanner myself. Hope the unit doesn't have built in obsolescence. Look, it seems pretty nice but time will tell won't it?
