Best for your Buck!

I am so pleased with this printer/scanners performance. It does 10X more than the printer I had and you can't beat the price. I would recommend this product to anyone I know....keep up the good work Canon.

Works great when it does, very frustration when it doesn't

Printer is very finicky, constantly fails to print documents.
Says that there a is a "jam" but there is no obstructions. Have to reset the printer multiple times, which seems to temporarily fix it. Problem returns shortly after printing a few more pages

I am sorry, but will NOT EVER BUY ANOTHER CANON PRINTER!! I have been on the phone time after time, and no one could answer a simple question. How to change my color ink button to just black, AND NOT ITS NOT ONLINE! IT's the button on the machine only.
