I bought this6 months ago and so far we happy with it.One think I do not like it is so hard to clean the glass top even I used recommended glass cleaner.

The cooktop is very difficult to clean. The steam oven cleaner is worthless. The oven paint finish near the door has a rough spot. I did not like that I had to pay to have a representative look at the rough spot, because I was a few days over one year warranty. Otherwise, I am happy with the combo bake options: regular and convection choices. After first oven cleaning, I chose to purchase the better quality racks for easier cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the element of convection for even cooking the stove top gives plenty of options for pot sizes and the appliances is neat and clean looking

very nice stove

We purchased this appliance as an electric model. We were previously using a gas stove and oven, so the learning curve has taken awhile to get accustomed to.
However, the oven seems to cook more accurately, temperature wise than our previous gas oven. But, boiling water is still tricky and time consuming with the ceramic electric cooktop compared to natural gas flames.
