It has some good features. Really like the expandable burners. One is large enough for my pressure canner. Burners heat much hotter than my old range. Even on melt, things cook. I had read reviews from others who talked about how hard it is to keep the surface clean and although they stated they had previously owned smooth tops, I thought they were just not used to them. I was wrong. It is harder to clean than my other smooth surface. Maybe because burners heat so hot, but I have to clean it daily and sometimes more than once in a day's use. Not talking about wiping off...I mean clean and scrap off burned stuff.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this to replace an existing electric stove and appreciate many of the features. I really like the warming burner and the variety of size of burners. I like how quickly the burners and oven heats. I do not notice a tremendous difference and benefit to the convection oven feature. One thing I'm not satisfied with is how difficult it is to keep the surface clean and to remove spills.

So easy to use, only heat up area you need for the pan being used. Easy to clean off. Oven heats evenly.
