Very Good basic range

Bought this range Iast November, because the existing range was over 20 years old and the oven was not working. It cooks well, and the oven works well although slow to preheat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The top rack won't stay in the down position and have to have them replaced. Even if it would stay it seems debateable that a small plate will fit in the top rack without being hit by the blade.
Also doesn't seem to clean as good as I would like it too.
