Sleek GE Convection Oven

Just bought this stove, replacing a 14 year old GE stove. Great features, really like the convection oven feature, flat stove top, and burner configuration.

Good kitchen range

So far so good! The only issue we have with it is that it has a temperature sensor built-in its flat top. When we try to boil a soup in a larger pot this sensor cycles the heater ON and OFF. The manual says that it prevent the overheating of the glass top and recommend pots with the perfectly flat bottoms covered with copper. I have such pot but it does not prevent that stupid cycling which extends time needed to boil the soup. My opinion is that the temperature sensor is set for too low temperature. The problem is not big enough to return it or to call the warranty repair. But it is big enough to complain about it.

We love our new oven!!!!

We bought this a couple of days ago and used it for the first time last night. Compared to my old glass top that oven did not stay warm after I turned it off. This oven after 30 mins from turning it off leaving my biscuits in there to keep warm, because my husband forget to cook the rice in the rice cooker. I was shocked on how warm the oven still was that the biscuits and pan was still hot. I was completely amazed that they were that hot still 30 mins later. The space and how big it is compared to our old one blows the old one out of the water in compression. I can finally cook a turkey and have side dishes cook in there at the same time will all the room.

The size of the cooking oven is perfect. last oven I could not use my favorite pizza pans and now I can. The burners heat up quickly and is super easy to clean.

Very pleased with the way this works. We have used most of the features and still learning the proper way to use convection oven. The cook-top is super fast and pleasant to clean.

We bought this a couple of months ago to replace a range with many small failings. Stove is easy to use and very easy to tell if the burners are on or hot (old stove was not on either count). Oven takes slightly longer to heat up, but heat is more consistent and the convection function has been useful for fasting.
