Broken after 3 Months...

I bought this 3 months ago and it is ALREADY MALFUNCTIONING. When the small dual burner is on high, the outer most portion of the large dual burner turns on too. The thermostats on the burners on not working properly. When the burners are on for more than a minute or two the burners stop cycling on and off and will not maintain the heat setting. To get the stove to work I have to turn the temperature up or down for a moment then back to the desired temperature in order to "reset" the temperature every few minutes while cooking. The burners struggle to boil water- even the so called "high power ones" and I have to constantly adjust the knob to maintain high heat.
Now the oven is starting to act up. Twice the oven failed to maintain moderate 350 degree heat during baking. After about 30 minutes the heating element stopped cycling on and off-it stayed on! The oven was about 500 degree when I removed my burned dinner.
Bottom line- The quality of this stove is abysmal. A brand new stove should NOT have "quirks" like constantly needing to adjust knobs in order to function. Two stars ONLY because it is capable of cooking (the stove it replaced died and was completely inoperable)
