The stove that we had for about 17 years stopped working. This was the first time we had a stove with the flat top. I like it.

We bought this a week ago and have had it installed 6 days now. We have cooked several dinners, both on the cooktop and in the oven and we are very, VERY pleased with the performance of this unit! It warms up much faster than our old electric range! Thank you, GE! Great product!
