Defective and dangerous

I bought this steamer about two years ago. It worked great until the pumping mechanism clogged, then exploded in my hand, giving me severe burns. I also could not find an easy way to contact customer service on this. Buyer beware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a lot of shirts that I need to iron every week, as I wear them on my working environment. This steamer allows me to iron them quickly, while the shirts are hang up and just quickly steam then and war them. Definately recommend it!

Ok so I got the Shark Press & Refresh Garment Steamer and wow I didn’t think I’d love it this much!! it heats up super fast and the steam is strong enough to get wrinkles out in literally seconds like no joke 😂. I tried it on shirts, dresses, even a stubborn hoodie and it worked sooo good. Way easier than ironing (which I hate lol). It’s lightweight too so my arm wasn’t dying after using it. Perfect for quick fix ups before heading out. Honestly this thing saved me so many times already—100% recommend!!

Shark is such a reputable brand that has never failed me. I tend to have a lot of work events that I don’t have time to get my clothes professionally laundered so I do it myself at home and this steamer has been so helpful in the process.

I have had mine for a few years. They’re easy to clean and work with. The instructions are very simple to follow. They’re also very easy to take apart and put together. I use them to steam my coats, shirts, curtains, and other things.
