I bought the grill 2 months ago. It had a couple of chips in the hood but the char broil company made everything right and were very helpful with all to get the grill in A-! condition. They were easy to get along with and were more than helpful in making sure that I was 100% satisfied with my new grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My wife enjoys very much this new Char-Broil grill. There is even grilling temps though out the grilling area. There is a learning curve compared to our old grill,but that is some of the pleasantness of learning a new grill.

I bought this grill a couple months ago. I got a great deal on a great grill. The 3 burners make it a versatile cooking implement. You can direct grill at high temp or direct cook for long cooks for thing such as chicken, roasts and turkey.

this is the perfect family grill, it easily accomidates small parties as well. Works great, and the starter works on the first push. the price was right, but it took a little time to put together. overall an excellent buy!

Company has been great with any of my needs! You can't say that often these days. Easy to use even my wife who had never grilled before was able to use it. I love charcoal but not having to wait in the rain is fantastic just like this grill.

This grill had several parts that were scratched/dinged/bent. Not what I would expect from Char-broil.

This grill arrived with dents, scratches, chipped finish on hood, cooking grates and front panel. Will never ever buy a Char-Broil again!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
