Everything about this coffeemaker comes up pluses except the coffee is warm not hot hot hot! I'm taking it back!

Just what I wanted

I have two of these machines. One works great, exceeding expectations. The second doesn't work at all. Both are less than one month old. Troubleshooting info is of little value and online tech info is equally disappointing. Warranty conditions make the process of repair appear not to be cost effictive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
