It had good cooling but broke easy

Bought one, it boke within in a month, the dial is cheaply made and will give otu quickly if you dont just leave the pad on
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that the dial has already seemed to give out. Our chill mats have a limited 1 year warranty. Please contact our customer support team at 877-482-7487 Monday thru Friday 10 AM to 7 PM EST. They will be happy to go through the warranty process with you.
