Good printer but no ePrint

It is a wonderful printer and scanner. But to this day cannot use the Web Services / ePrint features. Tried 2 printers. Had HP support check my computer, modem and Printer setup and it is still not solved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I find this printer eats ink and is very costly to run. I am also dissapointed how long it takes to be ready to print after it is switched on. My old HP printer was far better G55.
one needs to look into printers before purchasing.

THIS IS A GREAT MACHINE. IT IS NEAT AND STYLISH. IT PRINTS AND THE QUALITY IS SUPERB. IT SCANS AND PRINTS PHOTOGRAPHS.
THE MAIN QUALITY FOR ME IS THAT IT IS WIRELESS WHICH MEANS I CAN PRINT FROM MY LAPTOP ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE OR GARDEN. ANOTHER GOOD QUALITY IS THAT ALL THE PRINT CARTRIDGES ARE SEPARATE WHICH IS VERY COST EFFECTIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE FOR HOME AND BUSINESS USE.

Being over 70 and new to this world of IT - learning the jargon, the technology, the icons, the keyboard, the equipment, the possibilities, the terminology, the system, the applications, the opportunities and most importantly, the support available to me - all takes time. Although the HP equipment is no doubt among the best, the time allowed for me to call on the HP support team runs out long before I have even got my learning curve rising on a gentle slope. I know there is a niche market of us silver surfers just waiting to be considered - in easy to understand equipment, programmes, application and most importantly follow up learning support.
I have to say though, the support and advice I did get was excellent and now you have asked for feedback. Well done and thanks. Over to you.

Fantastic printer/copier, the print quality is very good, however there is just one small niggle, the ink cartridges seem to run out at an alarming rate. No sooner have I bought a set than I appear to run out again. As I do not do a lot of printing it turns out to be very costly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I have been pleased with this printer, in fact I wish I had purchased its equal which does double sided printing. The only reservation I have is it does not print 500 pages before I have to change the black ink. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. It is certainly much quicker than my previous 930C which went on working after two pieces had fallen out of the internal workings and only died when the third one fell! But by then it had given me many years excellent service.
