Prints well but too complicated

Firstly basics - the printer prints very well both for regular requests to paper and for photos. The dual paper trays also work well.
However, the eprint capability requires so many passwords and authorisations that I have given up on it and just use the old fashioned cable. It is a shame as it is a great idea but it just is too complicated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellebt purchase which worked straight out the box and wireless set up was a piece of cake. Print quality for documents and photos also excellent. I would recommend this product to friends without hesitation.

Yes I must say my printer has performed as well as I could of wished the only thing printing on to 4x6 paper is not just as simple as one would like it does respond instantly to command and the quality of print is excellent ===========

Not A Happy Customer

Ink runs out very fast and is very expensive. Colours never very true and i bought it to print photos and these are just not good enough so I have to send the off. Often the size printed is not the size shown on the preview and may have borders on 2 sides when 'no borders' ticked.
Scanner often wont work and will show a preview of the scan on the computer and then print of an A4 size of the top right hand corner of the page that has been scanned. Yesterday I had to post photocopies because it would not scan. Not a happy customer

Great Purchase Better insurance

In July 2011 I purchased a HP Photasmart printer and in September I had a problem with the printer.I took it to PC world explained the problem and with in 10 minutes was given an instant replacement, all due to the insurance I took out for instant replacement. A great printer and its comforting to know that I have the back up if and when I need it

Disappointing

Expensive ink. Difficult to use and understand. That said the wi-fi set up was easy. If you want a printer that is easy to work look elsewhere, also once again loads of useless software included. The sooner we have a simple easy to use wi-fi printer with cheap black ink the better.

Wifi?

Printer seems OK, but had 2 techies look at it and cannot get it to print wirelessly, the whole point of buying the thing! As a result I cannot really say how well it does, or does not print.
