Punches above its weight

I'm very happy with this model. It produces high quality photos in around a minute, has two paper trays one for photos and one for regular paper. You can scan, copy and print without having to go near the PC. Its wi-fi and easy to setup and maintain. On the PC side the software and drivers are simple but more than capable. Did I mention eprint ? You can send an email to this and it will print it. A last big bonus for me is the ability to print anything directly from my Iphone+Ipad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty Good Purchase

This printer does a very good job in almost every aspect - easy to set up, use and the final printout is high quality. It's quick too. One downside is that when you want to scan you have to "Activate Scan to Computer" every time you want to scan a document or photo, which is time-consuming, and it took a while to work out this requirement for myself. Also, no editing of scanned documents is possible without expensive software to edt .pdf documents

Worst Purchase Ever

I had to replace my first HP Printer with an identical model. Having mentioned to the Sales Assistant that I had an iMac with OS Lion, the HP B210a was considered compatible.
So neither of the HP printers were suitable and as a result I went for a different make which is working well.
Your customer representative Jamie was the rudest CS person I have ever come across I have already given feedback to this effect following my telephone conversation with him on 16 December. I was very civil and when I suggested he should speak with my son he put the phone down.

I just like HP products

I'm not very techie at all and just like things I can use and understand without needing a degree in techie talk. The HP products I have, and have had, have been easy to use and they have been good. However when I purchased a new printer and had a really serious problem with it HP support was, quite simply in my opinion, amazing. They replied to me quickly, they realised it was not a solveable problem and they arranged to have another printer despatched to me, not telling me I must take it back to the shop I bought it from. Excellent and impressive service indeed and on this alone I would not hesitate to buy HP products.

Ive had nothing but trouble with this printer, when it's working it's great, but very often it refuses to print from several wifi devices. Once this happens I have to disable it from the network and reconnect

Have 730c in use 15yrs old, but all in one best for all my requirements, as it covers many aplications
Ideal as a stand alone copier. Cartridge low indicator makes it possible to purchase replacement before it is wanted, print quality, and image adjustment and size very useful. Separate loading for Photo and A4 print paper most convenient
Overall pleasd with purchase
Would assist me if new cartridge prices were given, insead of having use shopping basket.

despite being full of correctly loaded paper, it struggles to take the paper when it is trying to print, every single time i print something i keep getting the out of paper! warning and i have to try several times to get it to take the paper & print. kinda defeats the point of a wireless printer. wanted to have it hidden away, but have to keep getting it out. won't be buying another hp printer.
